We work diligently to complete memorials in a timely manner, our current completion time for in stock memorials is five to seven weeks. 

Due to the high demand of granite needs from the 2020 pandemic, quarry production times are very delayed at a rate of 150 days minimum to create and ship fully custom memorials to us. 

Porcelain images are roughly 4-6 weeks to edit and produce. We always seek your approve of the image proof prior to production.  

We accept check, cash, and credit card. Credit cards do incur a service fee charge. 

Yes! We carry families through the payment process and do not charge any interest. Although, after one year has lapsed with an outstanding balance, a storage fee will be applied towards your balance. Our policy does not allow us to place a memorial at the cemetery until paid in full. 

Absolutely! After the full purchase of the memorial has been received families have one year to finalize the memorial drawings otherwise a blank memorial will be placed at the cemetery. In the event, that this occurs you will be charged an additional fee at MCM discretion for removal of the blank memorial and reinstallation. 

We are able to place memorials anytime of the year although we are unable to install granite foundations during the winter months due to the ground being frozen. 

Unfortunately, we do not include passing date engravings in the memorial purchase nor do we sell this service in advance. 

We charge a flat rate for engraving regardless of the design. Our charge for engraving is based on the size of the memorial and amount of stencil needed.
